Groton Town

Shan R. Gamble, 22, of 51 Jefferson Ave., Apt. C, New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Nikita A. Dasilva, 26, of 66 Mather Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with cellphone violation and driving with a suspended license.

Kara L. Storniolo, 39, of 82 Longview St., Apt. 2, Waterford, was charged Friday with cellphone violation and driving with a suspended license.

Joshua C. Manko, 25, of 141 Poquonnock Road, Groton, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Sharetta S. Watts, 30, of 9 Brewer St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Antonio M. Suarez, 55, of 103 Plant St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to use a turn signal.

Jamese S. Tatum, 24, of 2 Tinker Court, Apt. 3, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Norwich

Robert G. Hall, 32, of 126 Ashland St., Jewett City, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Waterford

Josh Lopresti, 26, of 138 Washington St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Christopher Brown, 19, of 185 Sandy Lane, Norwich, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Danielle Dubicki, 29, of 76 Brainard St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and failure to carry proper insurance.
