Jordan C. Shabarenh, 22, of 621 Bank St., was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

Shareefe Flanders, 28, of 18 Brewer St. Apt. 4, was charged Friday with possession of crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine with the intent to sell.

Angell Whittington, 20, of 453 Ocean Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

Cameron Magoe, 21, of 8 Roberts Court, Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with unsafe backing and driving with a suspended license.

Paul E. King, 21, of 40 Highland Ave. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

Essence Milner, 20, of 84 Boulder Drive was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

State Police - Montville

Jessica LaBelle, 37, of Plainfield was charged Wednesday in Groton with narcotics not kept in original container, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than half ounce of marijuana.

Jordan Bassetti, 22, of 1061 East Lake Road, Oakdale, was charged Thursday in Montville with narcotics not kept in original container, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Brittney Ann Rose Manwaring, 23, of 136 N. Bridebrook Road, East Lyme, was charged Thursday in Montville with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stonington

Bruce R. Smith, 57, of 34 Meadow Wood Drive, North Stonington, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Wallace J. Fauquet Jr., 57, of 40 Deer Ridge Road was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and charged Thursday with two counts of criminal violation of a restraining order.

Marco V. Ritacco, 38, of 382 Flanders Road was charged Wednesday with threatening and third-degree criminal mischief.

Christopher C. Potter, 22, of 21 Green Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with third-degree forgery.

Richard R. Walsh, 33, of 214 Dartmouth Drive, Mystic, was charged Friday with being a fugitive from justice.

Waterford

Kyle Prentice, 23, of 15 Woodlawn Ave., was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Joseph Dart, 21, of 45 Mullen Hill Road,was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Maria Amosco, 30, of 16 Pautipaug Hill Road, Baltic, was charged Thursday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to have proper motor vehicle insurance.
