Groton Town

Kimberly M. Schrum, 33, of 81 Branford Ave. was charged Thursday with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

New London

Justin Ebersole, 32, of 28 W. Pleasant St. was charged Friday with interfering with an officer and possession of narcotics.

Alan T. Stevens, 53, of Hamden was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Larry J. Harris, 56, of Bridgeport was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Norwich

Larry Williams, 58, of St. Petersburg, Fla., was charged Friday with third-degree larceny and second-degree making a false statement.

Ryah Gugliuzza, 33, of 203 W. Town St. was charged Friday with first-degree forgery and criminal identity theft.

State Police - Montville

Kelim Caron, 22, of 31 Tramart Drive, Montville, was charged Saturday in Montville with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Travis Schubel, 27, of 25 Salem Ridge Drive, Salem, was charged on a warrant Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Danielle Dubicki, 29, of 76 Brainard St., New London, was charged Friday with failure to have taillights lit and driving with a suspended licence.

Patrick Frederick, 49, of 983 Hartford Road was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Armando Alvarado, 37, of 44 Blackhall St., New London, was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.
