A great trick-or-treat night on Nov. 10 in Cresent Beach, Niantic. The children and parents arrived with huge spirit and enthusiasm! Bravo to First Selectman Paul Formica and town officials in keeping tradition alive. In the aftermath of storm Sandy, it was a positive event that all could enjoy.
