New London

William S. Cherry, 47, of Manchester was charged Thursday with failure to obey a stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

Shawn Coleman, 42, of 986 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

Norwich

John Gluck, 22, of 15 Town St., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility and driving without a license.

Stonington

Thomas A. Northup, 20, of 17 Wildflower Drive, Westerly, was charged Thursday with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief.

Vincent J. Hamelin, 19, of 219 High St., Apt. D, Westerly, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.

Waterford

Teresa Lessa, 38, of 367 Chesterfield Road, Oakdale, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.
