Groton Town

Zakiea Robinson, 22, of 25 Broadway 515, Norwich, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Michael Lane, 24, of 900 Noank-Ledyard Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Robert B. Hall Jr., 60, of 447 Pequot Ave., was charged with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal mischief.

State Police - Montville

Boris A. Lopez, 29, of 69 Blackhall St., Apt C, New London, was charged Sunday with failure to drive right, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

Norwich

Alexander A. Botchis, 20, of 120 Williams St., was charged Sunday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to display license plates.

Stephanie Chapman, 26, of 109 Merchants Ave., Taftville, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and failure to carry a prescription in a proper container.

Joseph Menzano, 28, or 109 Merchants Ave., Taftville, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

Randy Ferrante, 52, of 98 Bridge St., Willimantic, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility.

Roger Gospodinoff, 50, of 34 Woodand Drive, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Jessica Brodeur, 24, of 33 Russell St., Jewett City, was charged Saturday with a cellphone violation, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Fernando Villanueva, 41, of 29 Addison St., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving without tail lights.

James Wicker, 21, of 94 Warner St., Groton, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and driving without headlights.

Stonington

Alvindow E. Goode, 22, of 123 W. Broad St., Apt. 5, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with third-degree assault, assault on a police officer, breach of peace and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Xavier J. Goode, 22, of 172 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Waterford

John Ryan, 28, of 97 Oak St., Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of marker plates, driving without minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Daniel Steele, 40, of 10 Cross Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to have tail lamps.
