About 16,000 square feet of office and retail space at 22 and 24 Main St. in Centerbrook has been sold to the investment partnership Saybrook Realty Partners LLC for $575,000.

The Branford-based Geenty Group, which brokered the deal, said the seller of the adjacent properties was Rolls-Royce Naval Marine.

One of the properties is a fully leased retail building, according to Geenty, and the other is a vacant 10,000-square-foot office complex, which is now being offered for lease or sale.

Kevin Geenty and Kristin Geenty brokered the transaction. The referring agent was Michael Cook of UGL-Equis in Indianapolis, Ind.
