Joan Freeman, 40, of 40 Rogers St. was charged Monday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Thomas Eshenfeilder, 22, of 6 Northwood Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and stop sign violation.

Norwich

Myrna Borges, 37, of 78 School St., was charged Sunday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Noel McIntosh, 27, of Bridgeport was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Xinyan Li, 25, of 33 Baltic St. was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
