On Friday in New London's Bank Street Cafe, a tripartite celebration will take place that considerably ups the ante on the entire concept of Bacchanalia.

Mardi Gras and Spring Break? Hang your heads in shame!

Yes, not only is it the Winter Solstice and (if you're of a Mayan calendar mind set) the end of the world - it's also Weird Beards front (wild) man Brian Skidmore's birthday.

In observation thereof, the Weird Beards will headline an exultant musical bill that also includes the Burnouts From Outer Space and Matzah Cigar.
