Juan C. Abreau-Rivera, 30, of Hartford was charged Monday with failure to respond to infraction.

Kyle P. Prentice, 23, of 29 Vivian St., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michelle L. Horton, 34, of 226 Haley Road, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics not in original container and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregory Dolosantos, 47, of 40 Eastern Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Luz Espada, 50, of 23 Gordon Court was charged Thursday with operating with a suspended license.

Tobias Smith, 27, of no certain address, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Richard Cavar, 42, of 62 Jay St., Apt. 10, was charged Friday with failure to pay or plead.


Mark Brayman, 45, of no certain address, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.


Lasonya S. Kline, 33, of 38 W. Broad St., Apt. 6, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer and assault on a police officer.


Jason Doll, 26, of East Hartford was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear, driving with a suspended license, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements and traveling unreasonably fast.
