Christopher Watrous, 30, of 57 Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Eric R. Hopkins, 38, of 202 Colman St. Apt. A310, was charged Sunday with first-degree false report of an incident.

State Police - Montville

Jonathan Coleman, 20, of 1790 Glasgo Road, Griswold was charged Saturday in Griswold with third-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and threatening.

Waterford

Jeffrey Cramer, 23, of 151 Old Norwich Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with traveling unreasonably fast for conditions, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving with a suspended license.

Michael Gaudette, 39, of Canterbury, was charged Monday with second-degree harassment.
