Groton City

John R. Negron, 26, of 59 Linden Drive, New London, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

Kiari Mavis, 19, of 91 Broad St. was charged Friday with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.

New London

Javier Soto-Jimenez, 22, of 1 Farnsworth St. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Tyler D. Major, 21, of 38 School St. was charged Friday with driving with suspended registration, driving with a suspended license and failure to have motor vehicle insurance.

Jeffrey Rivera, 24, of 10 Marcia Drive, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Catherine Hughes, 50, of 7 Pheasant Run, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and illegal possession of a controlled substance.

Marcus L. Anton, 28, of 202 Ocean Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to sell, possession of marijuana and interfering with an officer.

Van Gutierrez, 35, of 164 Fellows Road, Oakdale, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

Rhonda Jones, 48, of 20 Wild Rose Ave. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Kelly Nixon, 22, of 138 Huntington St., New London, was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device.

Kirk Wilson, 33, of Hartford was charged Thursday with second-degree forgery and conspiracy.
