Groton Town

Scott W. Illinger, 47, of 286 Osprey Drive was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Montville

James Hubbard, 44, of 20-C Allen Drive was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too close.

Sean A. McElwee, 20, of 28 Friar Tuck Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to driving right and possession of alcohol by a minor.

New London

Gian C. Spera, 46, of 12 Oswegatchie Road, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

Yatanzio A. Ferreira, 31, of 239 Nautilus Drive, Apt. 107, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Charles T. Perry, 40, of 18 Town Hill Court was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Joshua M. Souza, 23, of Fall River, Mass., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Yexenia Rivera, 24, of 8C Michael Road was charged Monday with violation of probation.

Norwich

Matthew Poppie, 30, of 363 Mechanic St., Jewett City, was charged Sunday with two counts of violation of probation.

James Hubbard, 44, of 20C Allen Drive, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with assault on an officer and breach of peace.

State Police - Montville

Maureen Gabriele, 51, of 10 Stanley St., Plainfield, was charged Sunday in Plainfield with violation of a protective order.

Henry Ortiz, 40, of 187 Huntington St., Apt. B15, New London, was charged Monday in Montville with driving an unregistered vehicle, improper registration, misuse of marker plates, no insurance, possession of narcotics not kept in their original container and possession of a controlled substance.

Stonington

Dennyson D. Ramoutar, 30, of Willimantic, was charged Monday with impersonating a police officer and second-degree harassment.

Evangeline C. Earle, 59, of 47 Granite St., Westerly, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have minimum insurance.

Waterford

Thomas Zrakas, 50, of 10 Methodist St., Niantic, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Austin Miner, 18, of 7 Maple wood St., Old Saybrook, was charged Sunday with evading the scene of an accident.
