Lauren Manuel, 18, of Colchester was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal mischief and criminal attempt at third-degree burglary.

Larry Gaskill Jr., 27, of 536 Shennecosset Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, stop sign violation and failure to drive in the proper lane.

John F. Sima IV, 32, of 32 Perry St. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Norwich

Melissa Gooslin, 35, of Moosup was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Raymond Larkin, 54, of 10 Railroad Place was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny.

Stephen Majchier, 48, of 53 Merchants Ave. was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.

Gabriel Huertas, 47, of 212 Mopsic St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree threatening.

Balwinder Singh, 45, of Flushing, N.Y., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
