Groton Town

Tricia J. Leary, 42, of 6 Bishop St., Waterford, was charged Friday with two counts of fourth-degree larceny.

Radiah M. Munir, 40, of 2 Manwaring Road, No. 4U, Norwich, was charged Friday with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Bryan R. Wargo, 22, of Poquonnock Road, No. 2F, was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Ricardo N. Ocasio, 29, of 454 Cow Hill Road, No. 1, Mystic, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, attempting to elude an officer and possession of narcotics.

Marlon J. Williams, 32, of 30 Bonnie Circle was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer.

State Police - Montville

George Lavigne, 31, of 326 Massapeag Side Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday in Montville with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny.

John J. Garton, 44, of 39 High Meadow Drive, Plainfield, was charged Friday in Griswold with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Conrado Santaliz-Semidey, 32, of 46 Crystal Ave., Unit B4, New London, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Victoria Marie Wisniewski, 52, of 20 Buckingham St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Chiara C. Longo, 21, of 110 Brookside Lane, Apt. 3, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespassing.
