Teixeira headlines Connecticut Sports Foundation dinner Feb. 8

New York Yankees first baseman Mark Teixiera heads a lineup of major league players appearing at the Connecticut Sports Foundation Annual Celebrity Dinner on Feb. 8 at the Mohegan Sun.

Among those joining Teixiera are teammates Michael Pineda, Edwardo Nunez and Francisco Cervelli. Also appearing is Blue Jays outfielder Rajai Davis, the former New London High School and UConn-Avery Point star. The Red Sox will be represented by players Ryan Kalish, Joel Hanrahan and David Ross.
