New London Parent Advocates host forum tonight

New London — New London Parent Advocates are hosting a forum tonight on education reform in the city and what it means for the public schools.

The forum, which starts at 7 p.m. at the Senior Center, will include two guest speakers: Sandy Grande, associate professor and chair of the education department at Connecticut College, and Lauren Anderson, visiting professor of education at Conn.

Childcare will be available and translators also will be on hand. Pizza will be served.
