Get your Rock Fix

Published January 24. 2013 4:00AM

As the Grand Poobah of Hygienic Weekend live music shows, Saturday's annual Rock Fix, in cooperation with Telegraph Records and taking place in the Crocker House Ballroom, presents a splendidly calculated array of styles and acts Old and New.

There will be a great deal of nostalgic affection for sets by Incognito Sofa Love and Brazen Hussy, while newer acts such as Slander and New Haven's Fake Babies are generating excitement.

Latest in the always-interesting Matt Potter projects is Street People, and former solo artist Anne Castellano has a full band called The Smoke. Oh, and Bedroom Rehab Corporation also performs one of the first gigs in honor of their brand-new "Red Over Red" CD.

The Rock Fix, 7 p.m. Saturday, Crocker House Ballroom, 35 Union St., New London; free; hygienic.org.
