Groton Town

Christina G. Torres, 21, of 48 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to renew registration, failure to display plates, failure to carry insurance and failure to comply with emissions.

New London

Isaac Parham III, 46, of 870 Bank St., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor.

Joshua Ford, 30, of 14 Colman St., Apt. 12, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, interfering with an officer and second-degree criminal mischief.

Eileen Williams, 30, of 1 Thames River Place, Norwich, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have both headlamps lit.

State Police - Montville

Charles Hill, 30, of 38 Pulaski St., Griswold, was charged Friday in Griswold with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of narcotics and narcotics not kept in their original container.

Stonington

Troy A. Coons, 27, of 187 Huntington St., Apt. D4, New London, was charged Tuesday with threatening and disorderly conduct.
