Felix Rios, 21, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny.

Richard Almond, 35, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and evading responsibility.

Edward Davenport Jr., 53, of 53 Hillside Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday with failure to illuminate marker plate and driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Abed Lopez, 41, of 37 Lake St. was charged Tuesday with three counts of possession of less than 1 ounce of cocaine with intent to sell.

Alan Stencel, 44, of 61 Reynolds St. Extension, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of a protective order, four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

William Z. Heine, 36, of 38 Mechanic St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
