Albert J. Dugas, 40, of 76 Eastwood Road was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

Groton Town

Jorgen H. Vestergaard, 75, of 11 Morgan St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

James Moore, 31, of 14 Inchcliff Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant right of way.

Michael O'Brien, 65, of 58 Thames Height Lane was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling too fast for conditions.

Stonington

Harry K. Botseas, 41, of 18 Rose Lane was charged Saturday with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer and disorderly conduct.

Waterford

Melinda Cmaylo, 32, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Ashana Napier, 22, of 58 West Coit St., New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree abuse.

Jesse Fitzpatrick, 22, of 49 Dart St., New London, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

James Congdon, 41, of 81 Granite St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Justin Beeler, 26, of 19 Graham St. was charged Wednesday with two counts of third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call and interfering with a police officer.
