Groton Town

Jason D. Boothroyd, 37, of Glastonbury was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Elvis M. Collazo Jr., 25, of 88 Raymond St. Extension, New London, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Rosario Turano, 50, of 63 Beach St., Westerly, was charged Monday with failure to drive at a reasonable distance and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

New London

Jerome Taylor, 22, of 172 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 18D, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Christopher Winston, 42, of 149 Crystal Ave. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

James Ford, 39, of 40 Terrace Ave., was charged Wednesday with misuse of marker plates, failure to register a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Kayla Chattelle, 23, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Julian Cofrancesco, 20, of 138 Huntington St., Apt. 8, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Yasmin Santiago, 21, of 54 Dell Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and cellphone violation.

Norwich

Ana Aguilar, 33, of 17 Clairmont Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Mark Hutch, 26, of 241 South Road, Bozrah, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a red light.

James White, 47, of 7 Broad St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Michael Bienveno, 32, of 213 W. Town St., Unit E24, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a license.

Lee Gray, 39, of 142 McKinley Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Michael Perry, 28, of 17 Clairmont Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license.

Janis Poole, 52, of 63 Sholes Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree larceny by embezzlement and third-degree forgery.

Mark Howard, 30, of 56 Mathewson St., Griswold, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance.

Stonington

Chad L. Green, 19, of 335 Liberty St., Apt. 12, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and criminal violation of a protective order.

Olivia N. Bell, 19, of 20 Wilford Court, Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and criminal violation of a protective order.
