Don Juan Martinez, 41, of no certain address, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Darryl J. Henry, 23, of 51 Blackhall St., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance and misuse of plates.

Daniel T. Sligar, 41, of 111 Kitemaug Road, Apt. B, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with possession of a restricted substance and sixth-degree larceny.

Jessee Pond, 26, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Stonington

Christine N. Demartino, 20, of 3B Beacon St., Westerly, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

A juvenile was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
