ECC boys' basketball semis are tonight at St. Bernard

The Eastern Connecticut Conference boys' basketball tournament continues tonight with the semifinals at St. Bernard.

No. 2 Woodstock Academy (19-2) plays No. 3 New London (14-7) at 6 p.m., and No. 1 Ledyard (19-2) plays No. 5 Norwich Free Academy (14-8) at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m.

Woodstock swept the regular-season series with New London, winning the season opener at New London 60-48 on Dec. 14 and 32-28 on Jan. 25 at Woodstock. Ledyard, which is 17-0 against ECC opponents this season, did not play NFA during the regular season.

New London has won the last five ECC tournament titles.

The semifinal winners meet in the championship game Friday at 7 p.m., also at St. Bernard.
