I follow NOAA and I say 1 to 3 inches Wednesday night, ditto Thursday and Friday. 28% I'm more concerned about coastal erosion and flooding. My guess: Three inches total. 33% I have experience as a meteorologist. Three inches of snow along the shore, 6 in northern New London County. 18% High winds and 5 inches of snow.
