Christopher C. Champlin, 26, of 6 Roberts Court was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dorothea L. Davis, 33, of 250 Michele Lane was charged Sunday with fifth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device.

James G. Merrow, 52, of 97 Laurelwood Road was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Colin J. Perry, 20, of 18 Spicer Ave. was charged Sunday with failure to have tail lamps, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

David W. Rocket, 44, of 32 Gutterman Drive, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

 New London

Joseph T. Proctor, 29, of 10 Mountain Ave. was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Xavier Mangual, 22, of 42 Williams St. was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

William Lundy, 46, of 226 Colman St. was charged Sunday with failure to register address as a sex offender.

Matthew W. Bard, 18, of 33 Pacific St. was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary.

Anacely Garcia, 33, of 286 Eugene O'Neill Drive was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

Liona Green, 23, of 70 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Waterford

Gennaro Miele, 60, of 127 Black Point Road, Niantic, was charged Sunday with second-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.
