Nitaesha Humphrey, 20, of 73 Blackhall St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal.

Vanessa White, 38, of 41 Evergreen St., Unit 2, was charged Monday with driving without insurance and failure to use a turn signal.

Darren Fiore, 44, of 8 Summer St. was charged Monday with possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sergio Camacho, 27, of 105 Squire St., second floor, was charged Monday with driving while using his cellphone and driving with a suspended license.

Frank Debartolo, 49, of 2080 Ocean Ave., Apt. A, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Shane Caffrey, 40, of 160 Broadway was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree forgery, two counts of second-degree identity theft and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Sarah Taylor, 24, of Vernon was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stacy Mayo, 37, of 18 Hickory St. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Rose LaFlamme, 64, of 64½ North B St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to grant right of way, two counts of evading responsibility, interfering with an officer and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Robert Ceraolo, 55, of Woonsocket, R.I., was charged Monday at Mohegan Sun with being a fugitive from justice.

Brian Davis, 29, of 51 Terrace Ave., Niantic, was charged Monday in New London with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Miguel Cordero, 27, of 89 Willetts Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Thomas Arico, 22, of 21 Bartlett Place, Quaker Hill, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.
