Norwich – A 34-year-old Norwich man in possession of more than 41 grams of crack cocaine was arrested Wednesday, police said.
A search warrant of the man’s home and car, obtained as part of a months-long investigation, yielded the seizure of more than $2,700 in cash, more than 41 grams of crack cocaine and an unspecified amount of oxycodone the man was not prescribed.
Kevin Cherry, of 188 Summit St., was charged with two counts of sale of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.
Cherry as held in lieu of a $250,000 bond and will be arraigned Thursday in Norwich Superior Court.
