Rich and yet not too heavy - that's the neat trick the white truffle cream sauce pulls off in this dish. It tastes a bit like a lighter alfredo sauce but ultimately possesses its own warm flavor. Working this sauce into a dish with wonderfully fresh fettuccini, parmigano regiano, small slices of shitake mushrooms, and crispy pancetta? Genius. This menu choice, which costs $21, comes with a heaping salad and plenty of savory bread and olive tapenade and oil.
