Improv fun at Flo Gris

Published March 21. 2013 4:00AM

The Sea Tea Improv Company takes ideas suggested by the audience and transforms them into comic scenes, games and songs. So, yes, it's along the lines of "Whose Line Is It Anyway?"

When the comedians do their thing at the Florence Griswold Museum, will that mean they'll riff about easels and impressionism and Miss Florence herself? Maybe toss in a Childe Hassam joke? Find out when the group performs on Friday.

This is is a Flo Gris Hot Air Club program. The series melds art and culture with fun and socializing - which is where the light fare and drinks come into play.

Sea Tea Improv Company, 6:30 p.m. Friday, Florence Griswold Museum, 96 Lyme St., Old Lyme; light fare and drinks included; $35; registration required: (860) 434-5542.
