New Haven Symphony Orchestra coming to New London April 11

Students across the state are participating this week in the 81st annual Young People’s Concert, sponsored by the New Haven Symphony Orchestra.

The concert is scheduled to come to New London High School on April 11, with shows at 9 a.m. and at 10:45 a.m. A limited amount of seats are available for local schools with students interested in attending. The concert is not open to the public.

New Haven Symphony Orchestra Artist-in-Residence Daniel Bernard Roumain, Maestro William Boughton and the New Haven Symphony Orchestra will present “Bach to the Future.” The concert also will be presented to students in Milford, New Haven, Woodstock, Shelton and Fairfield.
