The Waterford Speedbowl will host a preseason open practice session on Saturday so drivers can prepare for the season-opening Budweiser Blastoff Weekend on April 5-7.

Pit gates open at 10 a.m., with rotating practice rounds beginning at 11 and continuing through 6 p.m. Pit area admission is $25 per person (the grandstands will be closed), and pit concessions will offer breakfast sandwiches and omelets as a limited special in addition to the regular menu.

Thirteen divisions, including the NEMA Midgets, NEMA Lites, New England Truck Series and full NASCAR Whelen All-American Series program, begins with practice on Friday, April 5. Qualifying and seven features will be held on Saturday, April 5, and six feature events will be held on Sunday, April 7.
