Groton Town

John F. Smith, 66, of 10 Ann Ave., Mystic, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Harry M. Gilleo, 38, of 17 Hartford Court was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane.


Joey Garcia, 24, of 164 Route 163 was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

New London

George Gaston, 63, of 749 Ocean Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Holiner Miliner, 22, of 108 N. Main St. Apt. E, Jewett City, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault.

Shavonne Melavin, 33, of 66 Laurel Drive was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, disorderly conduct and two counts of violation of conditions of release.

Dimitri Sitty, 32, of 19 Jay St. was charged Tuesday with assault on emergency personnel.


Tanya Henson, 26, of 284 Prospect St. was charged Tuesday with two counts of violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kyle Knight, 22, of 2 Great Plain Road was charged Monday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.


Michael Beck, 25, of 5 Schilke Dr., Apt A, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of markers and disobeying the signal of an officer.
