Groton Town

Jeffrey J. Campbell, 34, of 477 Shewville Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have stop lamps.

Destinee A. Torres, 19, of 198 New London Turnpike, Mystic, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Manjula Ranasinghe, 45, of 19 Nob Hill Road, Apt. B, was charged Thursday with two counts possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, sale of a controlled substance, distributing a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school and sale of a controlled substance.

Jothinath Muthusamy, 29, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., Unit 419, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Christian D. Pike, 44, of Dedham, Mass., was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.

New London

Matthew Battista, 51, of 8 Seabreeze Drive, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Christopher Flynn, 25, of 17 Prospect St., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace.

Syed Yousaf Shah, 51, of no certain address was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Saul Miranda, 20, of 119 Jefferson Ave. was charged Friday with carrying a dangerous weapon.

Rose M. Rosado, 41, of 147 Shaw St. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry proper insurance.

Norwich

Robert G. Gulini Jr., 27, of 39 McDuffie St., Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

State Police - Montville

Evette Nicole Jackson-Jaques, 39, of 107 Fort Shantok Road, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Paul Pukas, 31, of 10 Mayfair Drive was charged Friday with five counts of fraud.
