Fleetwood Mac isn't just back on tour. The group is also releasing some new tunes - for the first time since 2003's "Say You Will."

During a Madison Square Garden gig last week, Lindsey Buckingham said the gang has recorded new material and "It's the best stuff we've done in a long time." He said they will release the EP soon.

Mac has been playing one new cut, "Sad Angel," in recent concerts - and, fans hope, they'll do the same when they do their Mohegan Sun gig on Saturday. This marks a return for the band that stopped at the Sun on its last tour, in 2009. (Christine McVie has retired, but Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, Mick Fleetwood and John McVie are still part of Mac.)

In addition to a new song or two, the group was anticipating working in a few more songs than usual from "Rumours," since this year is, after all, the 35th anniversary of that album that sold 40 million copies.
