Evelyn Perez, 38, of 151 Connecticut Ave., Unit 1, was charged Sunday with failure to obey stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

State Police - Casino Unit

Kenneth Potter, 80, of Westport was charged Sunday at Mohegan Sun Casino with cheating and sixth-degree larceny.


Lucas D. Brown, 27, of 24 River Crest Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.


William Beyer, 28, of 1 Windy Ridge Place was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Haley Polizzi, 19, of 5 Miner Court was charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of marker plates and traveling too fast.

Eduardo Rodriguez, 36, of 31 Summer St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jeffrey Britton, 47, of 54 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with attempt to commit a crime, fourth-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.
