Last summer I installed a handicapped door opener for a relative in the City of Groton. Unknown to me, there was a home invasion next door. Three weeks later, I was questioned by a detective who didn't have his facts straight and came across a bit antagonistic. I wrote an email to the mayor, expressing my misgivings with the detective. The mayor chose to ignore the situation. A couple of weeks later I wrote the mayor again and called her out on her lack of concern. She responded by sending the detective out to interrogate me. She doesn't strike me as a very responsible person. Just someone who is power hungry.

Just on my personal experience alone, neglecting Pfizer Building 118 demolition and the TVC debacle, I wouldn't recommend re-electing this person, no matter how many "fan mail" letters The Day publishes.

Furthermore, the culprit who committed the home invasion was never found.
