Groton Town

Penny L. Perry, 48, of 94 Cow Hill Road, Mystic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Timothy M. Lehouillier, 44, of 9 Almer St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Michael L. Lehouillier, 23, of 9 Almer St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Robert Martinez-Rojas, 23, of 21 Nathan Hale Road was charged Saturday with weapons in a motor vehicle, failure to carry proper insurance, failure to renew registration and failure to comply with emissions inspection.

Philip R. Hodge, 82, of 84 Flanders Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

New London

Crey McPherson, 18, 38 Hope St., Niantic, was charged Wednesday with first-degree trespassing, loitering on school grounds and disorderly conduct.

Clarence E. Sumner, 32, of 70 Coit St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with possession of a hallucinogen.

Alex Martinez-Rivera, 20, of 11 Thompson Court was charged Tuesday with reckless driving, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a license.

Jason Rodriguez, 37, of 65 Federal St., No. 16, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Norwich

Robert Bogue, 50, of 494 E. Main St. was charged Wednesday with sixth-degree larceny and reckless endangerment.

Jermaine Vinson, 35, of Bridgeport was charged Tuesday at Mohegan Sun with second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.

Waterford

Krisha Corson, 31, of 8 Graham St. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Kamaal Lowen, 25, of 801 Vauxhall St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.
