Groton Town

Mary LJ Linder, 26, of 102 B St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Joseph M. Mingoia, 23, of 64 Godfrey St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, stop sign violation and third-degree criminal mischief.

Amy L. Clements, 30, of no known address was charged Monday with interfering with an officer, two counts of possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia.

Brian M. Capizzano, 41, of 23 School St., Unit 10W, Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Pedro J. Escalera Jr., 64, of 306 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and possession of half an ounce of marijuana.

Scott Mitchell, 34, of 75 Pleasant St., Westerly, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Christopher Angeli, 38, of 82 Jerome Ave., Uncasville, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Brian Drayton, 19, of 59 Buchanan Road was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

State Police - Montville

Belinda Wiese, 40, of Voluntown was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Leonard Wiese, 42, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

Devon Brindle, 20, of 143 Crystal Lake Road, Groton, was charged Monday in New London with second-degree failure to appear in court.
