Depending on the degree of cynicism, you can look at the Last Summer On Earth Tour 2013 in a few different ways. Barenaked Ladies are the headliners, with the Ben Folds Five and Guster in support.
Do you regard this as: A) Has-Been Hour, B) with sweet nostalgia, or C) a chance to see three really good bands regardless of your age or musical tastes?
I prefer to think C is most appropriate. While there's a decided nostalgia factor in each band's hits, they all continue to make new and vital music - as per BNL's new "Grinning Streak" album - and solid songwriting never gets old or tired.
