New London — The Coast Guard Academy’s corps of cadets is scheduled to march in five regimental reviews at the academy during the fall semester.

The public is invited to attend all drills, which are free, on Washington Parade Field. In the event of inclement weather, reviews will be canceled or moved to an indoor location.

Regimental reviews serve to develop poise, confidence, speaking skills, teamwork and leadership, and to recognize military heritage and pride in the Coast Guard.

The reviews will be held at 4 p.m. on Sept. 13, Sept. 20, and Oct. 4, at 9 a.m. on Sept. 28, and at 9:45 a.m. on Oct. 19. Changes to the review schedule can be made without prior notice.
