Conn. congressional delegation to host Service Academy Day

The Connecticut congressional delegation will host the annual U.S. Service Academy Day on Saturday for students interested in learning more about attending one of the nation’s military service academies.

The event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the Major General Maurice Rose Armed Forces Reserve Center, 375 Smith St., in Middletown.

Students interested in applying to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, or the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London are encouraged to attend.
