Capt. Glenn Sulmasy to speak in Old Lyme on NSA surveillance

Old Lyme — Capt. Glenn Sulmasy, an expert in national security law, will discuss the issues created by the NSA surveillance programs at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 24, in Fellowship Hall at the Old Lyme Congregational Church.

The church will open at 5:30 p.m. Sulmasy, a fellow in Homeland Security and National Security Law for the Center for National Policy in Washington D.C., publishes and lectures widely on the law of armed conflict, international law and national security matters.
