New Year’s Eve Dance benefits seniors

The Estuary Council of Seniors at 220 Main St., Old Saybrook, presents "Rollin' on the River," a semi-formal New Year's Eve dinner dance, on Tuesday, Dec. 31, at 7 p.m. The event features a catered Italian buffet dinner, desserts, wine and a champagne toast at midnight, raffles and music by DJ Michael John of Long Island Sounds. Tickets are $35 in advance, available at the Estuary Council. Proceeds benefit the Stan Greimann Estuary Medical Outpatient Transportation Service.
