Brandon Lukaszewski, 22, of 170 Flanders Road was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Groton City

Christopher G. Newbury, 38, of 24 Ramsdell St. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.


Nicholas Porter, 22, of 112 Broad St. was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny.

Justin Coffey, 29, of 44 Mill St., Jewett City, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

Edgard Martinez, 20, of 135 Cliff St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

State Police - Montville

Virginia W. Roby, 71, of 10 Barton Lane, Ledyard, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Alexia Ann Perrella, 18, of 63 Janice Lane, Griswold, was charged Friday with second-degree making a false statement, second-degree falsely reporting an incident and misuse of the emergency 911 system.


Leonard A. Rackett, 59, of 46 Liberty St., Apt. 7, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Shawnay Domer, 34, of 52 E. Shore Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Dawn M. Masakowski, 44, of 68 Quanaduck Road was charged Friday with breach of peace. Editor's note: This corrects an earlier version of this log item.


Melinda Balduck-Dakos, 35, of 14 Rockridge Road was charged Friday with second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation and second-degree failure to appear in court.
