Groton City

Christopher G. Newbury, 38, of 24 Ramsdell St. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Courtney A. Barlow, 22, of 11 North Road, was charged Sunday with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Groton Town

Todd M. Solek, 35, of 205 Beaver Brook Road, Lyme, was charged Dec. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Manuel G. Pesantez, 42, of 82 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving with a suspended registration or license.

Mynor Gomez, 26, of 404 Bridge St. was charged Dec. 23 with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving without a license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

New London

Richard Greene, 41, of 3 Pond Road, North Franklin, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Ramel General, 31, of 70 Pleasant St., Groton, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Santos M. Gonzales, 24, of 10 Ring Drive, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Juan Yanez, 30, of 50 Crest St., was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Gilberto Vasquez, 26, of 44 Center St. #2, was charged Saturday with interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault.

Essence L. Miliner, 21, of 159 Shaw St., was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

Norwich

Kenneth J. Riccio, 53, of 37 Shetucket Turnpike, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

Amy Fitzgerald, 44, of 92 Roath St., was charged Saturday with simple trespass.

Corey Wojcik, 25, 59 Woodside Avenue, was charged Dec. 23 with third-degree assault.

Allison Bergeron, 26, of Brooklyn, was charged Dec. 23 with second-degree breach of peace.

Edward McDougal, 40, of Brooklyn, was charged Dec. 23 with third-degree assault.

State Police - Montville

Mackenzy Z. Deer, 22, of Willimantic, was charged Sunday in Montville with failure to obey a traffic control signal and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Marshawn A. Washington, 20, of Naval Sub Base #434, Groton, was charged Saturday in Waterford with reckless driving greater than 85 mph.

Kathryn Ingrid Schmitt, 23, of 9 Joyce St., Niantic, was charged Saturday in East Lyme with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a controlled substance.

Olga Encarnacion, 24, of Providence, R.I., was charged Saturday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to illuminate headlamps.

Waterford

Melinda Balduck, 35, of 14 Rockridge Road was charged Friday with criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Laura Pena, 38, of 11 Michael Road, New London, was charged Saturday with failure to carry minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license or registration.

Kenneth Wells, 36, of 16 Liberty Drive, Groton, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
