East Lyme

Conrad C. Gardner, 52, of 2 Aberdeen Circle was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, illegal use of a cellphone while driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Groton City

Eric M. Bocchino, 46, of 48 Fieldside Drive, Apt. A, was charged Thursday with attempt to commit third-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct.

Jose F. Sosa-Sosa, 19, of 16 Fort St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Mary Linder, 27, of 62 W. Elderkin Ave. was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

New London

Pedro Martinez, 43, of 17 Redden Ave. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ricardo Ordonez, 53, of 17 Redden Ave. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tanya R. Henson, 27, of no certain address was charged Friday with interfering with an officer and sixth-degree larceny.

Norwich

Sarah Taylor, 29, of 17 Park St., New London, was charged Tuesday with possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell.

Waterford

Dwayne Miller, 18, of 26 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a refused or suspended license or registration.

Alexander Perez, 26, of 24 Grove St., New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
