Groton City

Pamela Brown, 29, of 18 Hammond Ave., unit 2, Norwich, was charged Sunday with having weapons in a vehicle, driving with a suspended license or registration and unnecessary noise.

Carlvina S. Williams, 26, of 6 Anthony Road, Apt. E, New London, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree failure to appear.

Groton Town

Marshawn A. Washington, 20, BEQ U.S. Subase 236, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear.

State Police - Montville

Kenneth Bossio, 34, of 248 Norwich-Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with three counts of risk of injury to a minor and interfering with police.

Melissa Ellen White, 29, of 248 Norwich-Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with three counts of risk of injury to a minor, third-degree hindering prosecution and interfering with police.

Leon Long, 31, of 36 Starr St., New London, was charged Monday in New London with criminal violation of a protective order.

New London

Stephanie Jaworowicz, 35, of no certain address was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Eric J. Malloy, 31, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear and two counts of first-degree failure to appear.

Terrence D. Waite, 55, of 175 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 24J, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and second-degree threatening.

Norwich

William Sheppard, 41, of 986 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Monday with tampering with a witness.

Stonington

Eric J. Morabito, 32, of 621F Bank St., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license or registration and driving a vehicle with the intent to harass or intimidate.

Corey R. Simpson, 23, of 159 Iron St., Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to return a license upon suspension.

Waterford

Jose Rosado, 36, of 446 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Sunday with failure to have tail lamps lit and driving with a suspended license or registration.

Raheem Childers, 28, of 158 Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged Sunday with credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.
