Jordan Gomez, 22, of 101 W. Main St., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

Groton City

John S. Manderson, 52, of 10 Hawks Nest Road, Old Lyme, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and driving with a suspended license.

Rasheem T. Singleton, 32, of 166 Branford Ave. was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

Groton Town

Joseph A. Shoaf, 35, of 124 South Road was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Erica L. Rix, 31, of 63 Indianfield Road was charged Monday with breach of peace.

New London

Robert Crowley, 33, of 136 Cedar Grove Ave. was charged Thursday with possession of heroin and possession of narcotics.

Amber L. Tyburski, 38, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Jorge Cajas, 18, of 118 Willetts Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving without a license, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Windell Hinkson Jr., 25, of 39 Crawford Lane, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and possession of narcotics not in their original container.

Norwich

Kerry Galvin, 41, of 1591 Norwich New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny.

Bonnie Gagnon, 47, of 1591 Norwich New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny.

Michael Price, 42, of 40 Pearl St. was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer, engaging in pursuit, reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and failure to maintain insurance.

Hassan Foster-Carney, 18, of 112 S. Second Ave. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

Kristine Knox, 23, of 192 Franklin St. was charged Tuesday with interfering with a 911 call and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Gregory Frasure, 46, of 40 Pearl St. was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer.

Daniel Porter, 37, of 369 Long Hill Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday with possession of hallucinogens.

Waterford

Chanae Willis, 31, of East Hampton was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Carol Stone, 55, of 48 Allen St., Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, threatening and second-degree harassment.

Kayleigh Winkis, 23, of 161 Ashland St., Jewett City, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree larceny.

Marcanthony Scalia, 21, of 482 Mohegan Parkway was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Mariza Lugo, 31, of 49 Willetts Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
