Bruce Skidgel, 25, of no certain address was charged Friday with sexual assault in a spousal or cohabitating relationship.

Wayne Williams, 63, of no certain address was charged Friday with possession of a hallucinogen.

Anthony Herrera, 31, of 112 Hempstead St. was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Norwich

Kristin Chisholm, 36, of 245 5th Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and driving with a suspended registration.

Joshua Berryman, 29, of 90 North St. was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility, driving without a license and driving without insurance.

State Police - Montville

Kyle Preston, 21, of 8 Oak Hill Trail, Ledyard, was charged Friday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Andrea Rogers, 21, of 272 Roxbury Road was charged Friday in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.
